Right to Withdraw from a Distance Contract Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you took possession of the goods or the day on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, took possession of the goods. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal from the Contract In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you (except for the costs arising from the delivery method you chose for the purchased item) without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we were informed about your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract. Refunds will be made using a transfer to the bank account you provided unless you explicitly agreed to another solution; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide us with proof of sending the item back, whichever event occurs first. Please send back or hand over the item without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the 14-day period has expired. You will need to bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from use of it in a way that was not necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

NOTE The returned goods must have 100% of the value that you received from us. If it is found that the returned goods show signs of use, the return will not be accepted. We also do not accept parcels sent "cash on delivery."

Information on Consumer’s Statement of Exercising Warranty Rights (Complaints) According to applicable regulations, we are responsible towards you under the principles set out in the Civil Code for physical and legal defects.

You have the right after detecting a defect to:

submit a statement requesting a price reduction;
submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract, unless the defect is minor;
demand the replacement of the item with a defect-free one;
demand the defect be repaired. We will respond to your statement or request within 14 days.

We bear the costs of the replacement or repair, except in the case where the defective item was installed. In that case, you are obliged to bear part of the related costs exceeding the price of the item. We are liable under the warranty if the physical defect is found within two years from the moment the item is delivered to you, and if the subject of the sale was a used item, within one year from its delivery. Your entitlement is limited in time to one year from the date of the defect being found, however, it does not expire earlier than two years from the moment the item was delivered to you, and if the subject of the sale was a used item, before one year from the moment the item was delivered to you. An exception is if the shelf life specified by us or the manufacturer ends after two years from the moment the item was delivered to you. We will then be liable under the warranty for the physical defects of that item found before the expiration of that period. Liability for legal defects is essentially the same, and the time for reporting runs from the moment of learning about the defect, with the limitation periods starting from the moment the legally
